I am guessing old Lloyd and Bribden never read The Art of War, or maybe they're just to stupid to understand it.
Because telegraphing their moves is about as stupid as it gets, which really makes me wonder if this isn't all a part of the movie. Or just maybe the move the world is anticipating isn't the move that is planned.
