His statement “the likes of which we have never seen” continues the flow of thought that the next attack(s) will occur inside the U.S. Given that 9/11 was the largest domestic attack/MCI/event and loss of life for the U.S., and of it’s true an attack is coming, then Trump is telling us the next attack will be worse.
