Research wanted on this Vincent Kennedy tweet. Trump repeated "tippy top" in his speech just now. Maybe something could be coded in the tweet in question. Cool follow btw @VincentCrypt46

In March I switched to high protein / low carb, and also to one (big) meal a day (mid-day). Within four months I lost 48 pounds (240 to 192), pants size from 38" waist to 30" and shirts from XL to M.
I eat meats, eggs (usually 6 most days), veggies, fruit, greek yogurt, an avocado most days, etc. My only sugar weakness is dark chocolate chips that I usually mix into my yogurt.
Surprisingly, once my body adapted (after about two months) I no longer was hungry at night (the first two months took a lot of willpower) and I'm not missing breads/grains, fried foods, sweets, processed crap, etc.
EVERYTHING is so much better. No more acid-reflux. No more high blood pressure. Great sleep. Life-long sinus issues magically disappeared for whatever reason. Muscles that were previously large but buried under a layer of flab are now large but very defined. State of mind has become more positive. Women look at me and smile drastically more than ever before. Clothes shopping used to be depressing because nothing looked good on, and now everything looks great. A certain body part gained an inch (because surrounding body shrunk back).
Best thing I ever did, and anyone can do if they can manage to survive the first couple of months which is, admittedly, pretty tough. After that it started to become so much easier, and now, after seven months, it's just my normal way of life.
Food can either be medicine or poison, the choice is yours.
