I have always wondered whether there are instructions for ESG production of marketing materials.
We have so much evidence that news media use scripts verbatim and we can clearly see that commercials are all following some sort of general instruction as to how to portray families and POC. Surely there must be a general rule book for ESG production of media materials and who would be responsible for publishing, distribution, and compliance?
I can imagine it goes something like this...
Rule 1:
Distribution % of hiring actors for commercials: 90% black, 9% other POC, 1 white.
Rule 2:
Couple must be of mixed heritage. They can be black and white, or Asian and black, or black and Hispanic.
Rule 3:
Children must all be of mixed heritage but express primarily black features. For example, if parental couple is Asian and black, the children must have kinky hair and crude features.
Rule 4:
If there is a comparison in the ad, always make the black character the winner and the white or other POC the loser.>
And so on...
Anyone watching television should be able to discern the pattern, so I expect marketing teams are following some kind of script in order to keep them ESG compliant.

Don’t forget the robber is always white.
The man in the couple plays the dummy, but only if he is white.
So sick of the garbage.
I can't imagine that ESG money for gone broke companies has an infinite supply. That's a lot of money to just throw away.
Isn't DEI the new ESG?
Thanks for posting this encouraging news.
Money trail should lead you to the answer as to why these retarded-ass policies are failing…
