We have a method of locating them. No really, we do.

But it's not currently viable right now due to privacy laws.

Yep.

The time to get legal was yesterday. Tomorrow will be too late. If you've overstayed your visa or whatever, get legal now while you can. If you've entered illegally, our sympathy bone is out of marrow, and we won't shed tears when you're deported.
