That's a Hillary fanboy whose brain has been broken by Joe Biden and now desperately seeks reassurance from his hero and can't understand why she isn't running for president or saying the things he wants to hear. Nobody else would give a shit what Hilary Clinton's views are on anything apart from people who still think 'but her emails' is the funniest burn ever.
