Right? The fentanyl abuse is shocking, groups of people suspended in time, like the walking dead. It's horrible. And speaking of sidewalk latrines, we were in DC a couple weeks ago and there was a beautiful church across the street from our hotel. So we went over there and climbed the gazillion stairs thinking we'd get to see inside. Instead we found a pile of human shit about 3 feet away from the front door. Pitiful.
