Tracy Beanz is throwing cold water on it.

Hate to burst bubbles here, but nothing is happening with this. She filed an appeal and petition for a writ - it’s 980 pages. Whoever is reporting this is reporting incorrectly. It was filed with deficiency - so it certainly hasn’t been “accepted” by anyone.

It’s a massive nothing burger, hasn’t gone to the scotus and hasn’t been “accepted” by Justice Thomas.
