88 Hurricane Otis expected to hit Acapulco, Mexico as a Cat 5 tomorrow morning. It will be the strongest hurricane in decades to hit that part of Mexico. Otis will cause catastrophic damage and may quickly become a humanitarian crisis. Keep them in your prayers tonight. Yea, Cat 5 wind speed measured at what altitude? These weather people don't tell you that when they report max sustained winds that is not ground level but somewhere around 3,000 feet.
This is at 750 meters
This is ground level. Not even hurricane strength with max of around 48 mph.
