I still don't get it. And from the comments on that Twitter thread, nobody else does either. Is there any connection other than both pictures are of the same flag int the capitol building?

The connection is the image of the flag. Johnson posted the very same image from a Q drop 2 hours before he was elected Speaker. The drop said "Sometimes the past can find the future."
