Schumer is Senate majority leader, I don't know how SOTH will have any effect on what Senate people say. (now if the House only votes on bills that Schumer and the other Dems hate, perhaps that will mute him :) )

Every law has to be approved by Both Senate and House. The hidden agenda of schumer is always 'hidden' in Every Bill that the Senate sends to the House. THAT is How.
