You are exactly right. President Putin does know who the Rothschild devils are, and as announced in 2021, the Russian Federation is free from those financial chains.
Russia- (Gog), will be pulled into the conflict with all the other nations against Israel. Notice in verse 4 of Ezekial where it says, "I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws"- this indicates they are pulled into conflict. Perhaps through there mutual defence agreement with Iran.
