I saw a video of a black man entering a Pizzeria and destroying the place. Throwing chairs, condiments, tables, threatening customers. When he left he began to harass people in the street. By that time, the men working in the Pizzeria tackled him to the ground.

When they asked him why he was doing this, he replied: "Because I can".
