FWIW (haven't used Twitter since very early 2010s) one used to have to put a period in front of the @ if starting a tweet with someone's handle, otherwise it would direct message the user. Not sure if still the protocol.
Not sure of your other dogs, but my gut instinct is perhaps "Speaker" is being highlighted as sort of a metaphysical "One who speaks truth to power" etc. Perhaps Johnson will be instrumental in revealing what We Know.

I wonder if they want us to read up on the details of how Congress has defined the Speaker role? It's very vague in the constitution:
Maybe there's something about how the role of the Speaker has changed over the years that Q team wants us to understand?
