To my knowledge, Johnson only voted once for a Ukraine funding (just the first round - like everyone else did), but voted “no” on every subsequent Ukraine funding bill.
If more money is being considered for dispersement to Ukraine and it’s loaded up with mandatory tracing / tracking along with it, that alone could squelch the gravy train and/or set up a money laundering sting operation.
