Sidney Powell is registered as a MILITARY LAWYER and is the only one who can prosecute TREASON at a TRIBUNAL!”
She not in the military and can't be military prosecutor. Civilians registered as military lawyers can serve as defense attorneys.
Lots of other prosecutors can prosecute treason. And I don't know if she is even a registered military lawyer.
And that wasn't even the plan, she testified the plan was to make her a special prosecutor. That's a civilian thing, not a military thing. And use executive order 13848 that's what she said she was going to do
In addition to trying members of the military, military courts can also try civilians who are accused of serious offenses, such as terrorism or espionage. These civilians are tried in military courts because their crimes are a threat to national security.

Also explains why the DS is so hot and heavy after her.
I saw the link. It's just not true though.

They may refer to them as Military Tribunals but civilians will be tried. So it is plausible she would be involved. The DS targeted her for a reason.
Civilians can't be tried in military Tribunals.
There's a whole chapter on this in military law
There's a tiny number of exceptions, but otherwise it's quite clearly illegal.
