Seems unlikely since he voted against cash to Ukraine in the house.

But he just said Ukraine is his top priority. So many have turned out to be bad that we first thought were good guys. His actions will be the deciding factor. Past actions mean nothing nowadays, too many were just sleepers hiding and pretending to be conservative when they were just RINO’s or liberals in disguise. That holds for the majority of the GOP in the House and Senate. Hope for the best but plan for the worse.
