I live in Hillsborough County, so unfortunately this isn't news to me. Ybor City has been "rachet" for a while. This is why I don't go down there often, unless I'm going for networking events for my business during the daytime. The few times I've gone to Ybor, I've observed groups who are there looking for trouble. So much so that law enforcement personnel are always patrolling/walking the sidewalks.
