The Link in the post for ""befreetech DOT com"" wasn't working for me yesterday, so I had to go an alternate route::

And that is where I got my info from....

Seems there are a few of these ""Declarations"", as if the Original just isn't ""GOOD ENOUGH"" to apply, and RE-Apply, even though the Conditions are almost the same now as back then.....
