Not to mention individual names, but the hollywood strikes have also slowed business severely, the amount cash being lost from both sides being forced to idle cannot be dismissed either

Perhaps the strikes are just a cover for everything in the post re: Hollywood? Publicly arrest celebrities OR tell everyone they're on strike, that's why they're not making movies?
