21 “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder,[a] and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister[b][c] will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’[d] is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’[e] 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.
I don’t think there’s a commandment those evil people don’t routinely break. Jesus says the two most important commandments are: Love God with everything you have and everything you are and love your neighbor as much as you love yourself. The rest flows from that.
I just wanted to let you know because you're clearly an articulate person who thinks deeply. I didn't know if it was just a typo or if you didn't realize the word was wont. I personally like to learn things like this and hoped you wouldn't take offense. I'm glad you didn't.
Just an FYI: The Ten Commandments were given to the Israelites, not to any other people on earth. But most of them are restated in one form or the other in the New Testament. So remote people who haven't even heard of the Bible are still bound by the laws given to Noah after the Flood.

Fyi, it's wont.

I started to reply to your post, but when I was up to 503 words and still not done, I thought better of it.
Perhaps I will do a post of my own.🥰
