Well after your comment I logged into TS to read the comments and many are suggesting this this is a clip from her TV series "the morning show"...maybe you're on to something.

Seemed like I had heard this clip of her before (w/ same controversy). But I don’t have a clear memory. Scary part is…if it’s for a tv show…she’s crazy good. I’m usually pretty good at reading faces/expressions (honed in childhood for survival) and this looked real. Strange…
