Saw an interview of Dershowitz by Spicer in regard to Trump's trials. Although Dershowitz believes the trials are political, he made sure that EVERY TIME he said "Trump believed he won the election", he followed it with "but he didn't". What was particularly aggravating was that Spicer never questioned Dershowitz's contention that the election was absolutely won, fairly and squarely, by Biden!

I hope you are right. I just wish Trump would tone down his "Trumpiness". I was hoping that would happen right after he got elected in 2016. I can't believe Trump is so stubborn that he won't tone down the childish behavior since it probably costs him AT LEAST 10% of the votes he would get otherwise. We will vote for Trump pretty much no matter what, but the rest of the U.S. population view personal behavior as being more important than policy.
Changing who he is once elected would be a red flag for his base, though.
It's his policies that should be the reason anyone wants Trump to be President. If anyone votes for Trump because of his personality, then they are no better than people who vote for Democrats because of their personality. Stopping clearly juvenile behavior would not take away from what he can do as President. His base is there because of policy, not personality.
