Trump plans on presenting evidence of 2016 and 2020 foreign election fraud.

What will Fani Willis do if the evidence Trump presents comes from military intel?
Will she realize her case is destroyed and drop the charges against Trump?
Will she allow the case to proceed and allow Trump present the truth to the people?
If she drops the charges against Trump do we assume she is attempting to cover up the election fraud?
If she allows the case to proceed do we assume she is part of the plan to expose the election fraud?
Which way will it go?
It would need to be in a Federal court for one. And I’ve never heard of clearances being issued to a jury so they can hear classified evidence. Given how long it takes to process a TS clearance, I don’t see it as plausible.
Processing normally depends on several factors like the geographic spread of the witnesses to be interviewed, the age of the person getting the clearance, and any interesting or derogatory info in the person's background.
My first TS was when I was 18 and in the USAF. It took almost a full year because my biological dad was mafia - never mind I hadn't seen him since I was 5 years old. I actually went through another years after getting out of the military (for the NRC Q) and it took roughly 5 months to get the TS and about a week to get the Q via reciprocity.
They can go back to your 18th birthday, so there is plenty of stuff for them to review but if you are only 18 it gets much more difficult.
As for a jury getting a clearance I think it could be done but it is very unlikely at the state level. I think it would be moved to Federal court and dismissed for national security.
I know all about the process I carried TS/SCI w/ CI Poly w controlled access program for years. Not to mention being inside the Beltway for decades.
The states have no ability to adjudicate any form of clearance. Even an interim secret, which can be issued pretty quickly w a clean background, wouldn’t provide the access needed for what the documents supposedly contain, would still have to be processed by OPM.
That’s why I think it’s all been declassed.
I never had to do the poly but I was TS/SCI for almost 10 years, and Q for 5. Five of my TS/SCI were at the Pentagon, and though I was remote the Q was of course in that area as well. I had to go in a few times but most of the time I was at home or at a nuclear plant inspecting cyber.
I also think you are right about the info already being declassified. Should make for an interesting revelation in court.
I’m so glad to have left the Beltway as of 2 years ago ; )
I expect the argument to be that the documents are classified, when in fact, they were declassified by PDJT. Which when they become admissible, negates the entire case, because well the docs at MAL were….declassed.
