Joe 3:4 Yea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon(Lebanon), and all the coasts of Palestine?(Gaza) will ye render me a recompence? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head;

Joe 3:8 And I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah (Israel), and they shall sell them to the Sabeans(Yemen), to a people far off: for the LORD hath spoken it.
I'm not sure how scripture will come to pass but the 4 main players in the Joel war are Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen and Judah. With this news they are all present in this conflict.
