Boy, I’ve never been so conflicted on a bill like this.

On the one hand, I don’t want to fund foreign wars for corrupt governments. But on the other hand, I really, really, really dislike the IRS.

If you believe that money will have any impact on reducing terrorism, and isn’t just going to line the pockets of corrupt politicians at home and abroad, it may be a useful exercise to actually follow that money trail.
