If I were a speaker the house, this is one of the first bills I would bring to the floor. I would make continuing passing the budget contingent on passing this bill, just to see who would vote against it. Heck, I would even block funding for even the most essential of government programs until this passed, just to show how opposed some members of Congress are to revealing this. After voting on this, I would have a follow-up bill which would be to locate the whereabouts of children that were trafficked to this island and to ensure their well-being. How do you think this would be responded with by Congress and the public?

That's not how Congress works
They're way too swampy to ever allow that to happen. Anyone who gets to a position of prominence, such as the Speaker, knows that if they challenge the cabal they and/or their families would be threatened or killed.
It's remarkable that we ever got any good folks in Congress, like Ron Paul, who would be the lone No vote on many bills.
