Look at the 15 second mark, you see the burned building surrounding the church, however there is no burn mark across the roof. To cut a hole through the ceiling in the church, it would have had to cut a hole through the roof as well.

Looks like the church caught fire on the right-hand side, (per top view) you can see the scorched earth surrounding that end of the church. Looks like the center partition burned, most likely made of that fake styrofoam finish molding.
