I do recognize that two policies might indeed come together: One thanks to D66: organ harvesting based on general rule to which you must opt out.

Then the OP put on another one with the sarcastic pun. The perfect appeal to emotion, all in all. I am just amazed not to read about 6 year old's request a gender reassigned surgery.
