Typically the maintenance dose is monthly for all our domesticated animals. I take this to mean that I should be dosing monthly as well, and I do. Been going on two years now. I have my Mother, Father and Brother in Law as well. There are no known side effects. The broad spectrum anthelmintic Ivermectin covers most of the bases, other more targeted ones have a narrower focus. Not one of them covers all the possible parasites.
