I imagine Russian terms to be something like this or similar:

"we're taking all oblasts except Kiev, we don't want that nazi shithole. Oh, and the rump Ukraine territory that is leftover can never join NATO and is barred from having military aid indefinitely. PS, you owe us a 7 billion dollar pipeline."
