i think quibbling over whether you are the person named in a legal document is a bad premise. everybody would just refuse to agree that they are that person and escape all court jurisdiction if that were the case

At this point, everybody would be right. The entire government is fake. It's a RICO organization. The oaths of office are all incomplete, wrong or missing. They're just there to fleece us and pose as a government. It's a Puerto Rico corporation.
