Thanks for this sent it too some friends.

I have heard cayenne pepper 1tsp under the tongue can help in that case as it helps with blood flow. Although you would have to carry some with you maybe a little capsule in your pocket.

I carry capsicum patches in my purse-put it over the heart to stop the attack.
