Hello wonderful Pedes! My sister in law has had three Covid vaxes that I know of. I have generally skimmed over any treatments/protocols for the vax because I’m not vaxed. She was sick and stayed home for a week a couple of weeks ago and now she is sick again. I’m very concerned because she is overweight and may be on BP meds. I have ivermectin and hydroxy that I can overnight to them. What else should she do? I’ve seen NAC. Any advice and prayers would be greatly appreciated. God bless you all.

That's the big question. Most people can afford to buy Vitamin D when it's 2 cents or less a pill. But if they're too bothered to even do that for their own health, what can we do?
I eventually did get results with 3 people post-vaxx, but it took a lot of effort. First, I had to travel to a stubborn relative with a box of vitamins and explain everything in person, before they started taking anything. A second one complained until I sent chewable. A third one wanted to see results before vitamins were "proved", so I improved her arthritis with a month of Wobenzym. Once her joints were better, she trusted me and started taking NAC, CoQ10, etc.
I have never heard of Wobenzym
What got you turned onto it & how long should I expect it to take if this is the thing that will help?
What type of joint pain should this be targeting?
Wobenzym's a German enzyme mix that's been around for 40 years or so. It's expensive, maybe 80 cents a day, but my relative didn't have mild wrist/hand arthritis anymore after 3 weeks of taking it. And the Bromelain in it combined with NAC is good against the spikes. So I could help her detox without her knowing.
Sounds great! Do you know if there is any evidence of it working with carpal tunnel stuff?
I should budget that in to try out.
All the official studies I've seen for Wobenzym were for arthritis and other joint inflammation. Nerves and carpal are different than joints, so the studies tested totally different vitamins/supplements, like this one for B6. I never looked into nerve issues too deeply.
