Trump is wrong. A vice president does not only "have a right" to send questionable votes back to state legislators, a VP HAS A CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO UPHOLD, AND DEFEND THE US CONSTITUTION, AND TO FOLLOW THE LAWFUL, CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS FOR INVESTIGATING QUESTIONABLE STATE RUN, FEDERAL ELECTIONS!
Mike Pence (among others) are long overdue for their trial, and punishment for sedition, and treason against USA. May that lowlife son-of-bitch, and all who support what he did to this nation by violating his constitutional duty burn in hell for eternity.
FTFY :)
Technically yes. But he should state his position more forcefully. As commander in chief, Trump has (had) the legal authority, in my opinion, to give Mike [traitor] Pence a direct order to reject the vote count in order to fulfill Pence's constitutional duty, and defend the USA against a legitimate threat to our election system.
Of course, such an order would have caused controversy. But, that is how the chain of command, and our elected officials sworn duty to the constitution is supposed to work.
He is also wrong in that you cannot out-legislate a right. Rights come from God.
;) True. A right, and a constitutional duty are two different things.
Ok, so WHY did they CHANGE it?????
