I don't think he amped up the crowd at all. From what I've seen, he was attempting to de-escalate the situation. He was going to get a lighter sentence but the judge decided he was "unrepentant," as he continues to this day to say the 2020 election was stolen. As far as I know, he's guilty of no action other than speaking his mind.
