But..... He was president for the first 19-1/2 days of 2021.........so now they can come after him for purgery.

No. Trump said he was a wartime President During wartime CIC is in power. You dont have to be President to be CIC. This took place during his Presidential term. So by the time that year arrived he was functioning as CIC. Not as president of the corporation.
