My first job in the 90s was in a convenience store. It was surreal that I was allowed to cell cigarettes as a 15 year old having to card customers to confirm that they were 18.
No, it means, that by the time they reach what used to be the legal age to be able to buy smokes (18), the smoking age will be raised to something older than what they will be, say maybe 21. By the time they reach 21, the legal age will be 25, etc., etc.
JUUL it up?
"The new plans mean a 14-year-old today will never legally be sold a cigarette." wow so until now 14yo could buy them?
