NBC News projects that Ohio voters have passed Issue 1, yet another win for abortion-rights supporters at the ballot box after the fall of Roe v. Wade.

Abortion was never murder under common law. Murder is the Unlawful murder of a natural person. A natural person is a person born naturally. You had an opportunity for sensible regulations but you people keep sabotaging yourselves by trying to ban all abortions. That's not where the majority stands so when they hear "women rights" vs "bans" they default to "womens rights" without even understanding how badly written and damaging the amendment is.
