Rigged,plain and simple. The abortion thing would have been believable, but people don't vote to raise taxes when they are broke.

Yes, sheeple just blindly vote "yes" on every damn school bond and parks/rec bond in our too-blue county in NoVA EVERY. DAMN. TIME. I started voting "no" on all bonds a decade ago...they already tax us to death.
