I guess that's a play I didn't expect: a non-Trump place to go for Democrats who recognize that Biden is a failure or even merely admit that he has lost the credibility. Kennedy can then attempt to be the unifying moderate that has been perennially denied to voters. At which point, the House of Reps would get a chance to vote.
