I hear you. It’s just that the plastic bags are blown by the wind like fucking tumbleweeds. When I go out into my neighborhood, I don’t even need to take a trash bag so that I can clean up the common areas. (I’m on the HOA board.) I can dependably expect a plastic bag to already be out in the neighborhood.
