He validated that the votes are NOT STOLEN via machines or dumps.

He blamed the media and a bad republican party for losing.

Why didn't he say the election was rigged via machines and ballot dumps??

This looks like the deep state is willing to admit fraud happened via the media. They don't want people to believe that it's rigged on a deeper level.
