And who do you think gave David the courage? Who gave him his abilities? The second that stone left that sling, it was in God’s hands. David was the hammer, God was the hand. As all of us should hope to be, a tool for God to work with. The minute we take things into our own hands we’re saying we can do this without God’s help. David gave the praise and glory to God. This lady needs help understanding this.
God saves the very best for last, we may not know what he does with every single person in this world.
But I can assure you, it will be extraordinary and great to see when it finally does come to pass.
Remember that david was a shepard since his youth, he slain lions, wolves, and bears with his sling. He was no rank amateur with it. He was in fact a highly trained, accurate, killing machine.
Yes that is correct without God nothing is possible, but however we cannot also just idly sit around and do nothing expecting things will be alright regardless of what might happen or not.
There's a reason why we're living in these appointed times destined by The LORD before our own times came to be, we have to be willing to be used by God for His purposes and everything associated.
Because if not, then another will be tasked with what we we were originally supposed to go and do in His Name.

God made you in his image and he gave you a soul. Your actions, your words, your thoughts glorify him because of this. He does not interfere in our world, and he has no plan laid out for you, and does not materially guide you through this world.
Jesus tells us about this original gift, how to build it, why we should grow it, what it means to master it, and to use it to recreate the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. This is what he wants for you. To be in his absolute image. This is how we are judged.
Anyways.. the point of the story isn't that David is super awesome and courageous, it's that Saul was a giant pussy and shouldn't have been king.

To speak this about God the Father…may be the most ignorant thing I’ve heard in a long while. God knows exactly to the what and where. And does have a plan for every single one of us. To not understand this about God amazes me. Get informed friend. Those kinds of statements are ridiculous.

I get that you have a differing opinion, but you've offered nothing other than the difference. What, in the scripture, makes you think I'm wrong? Why is this even amazing to you? Have you ever read the parable of the lost sheep?
I think they're completely justified. I've read the words of Jesus many times. Your life is given to you, you will be judged on what you do with it, you are in God's image. You are expected to find your own way. The parable of the three talents makes this perfectly clear. The parable of the master and the vineyard make this perfectly clear.. at least, to me.
God is not looking for obedient slaves. He already had the Angels. He made You for a different purpose.
It can all be summed up with your original statement I quoted. You say God has no plan for us. Then why were you created? Answer that. If God has zero to do with us, then trying to explaining (“ He does not interfere in our world, and he has no plan laid out for you, and does not materially guide you through this world.”) is gonna give you a migraine.
You think God didn’t know what was gonna happen in the garden of Eden? You don’t think he knew what and how anything and everything was gonna happen? God is all knowing. All powerful. He knows your every thought and what you are really made of. He created you. The life in your lungs came from His very own. Infinite wisdom. Sorry fren you have severely underestimated God’s ability. Jesus himself even said only God knows when this ends.
