If this is an indication of how and why we really became a nation back in 1776, then I don't know what is!

Your all over the place. And very confusing. Your parents create life about as much as a oven creates a casserole. Only God creates. Only God allows. I’m glad I had people with a strong foundation to be around when I was saved. The scripture is clear. A good preacher would help you. Your right in many areas of course. But you say things and then contradict them. Sorry, I don’t have time to debate your every thought. There is nothing difficult. Nothing hard. No burdens. Anything hard is on us, because of disobedience and stubbornness. God is real. Jesus is God in flesh. So as long as you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and believe He died on the cross for your sins, was buried in a tomb for three days and then resurrected, you shall have eternal life. Salvation. There are only two commandments Jesus said for us to have. I hope you don’t over complicate salvation with nonbelievers. It’s free. It’s easy. Walking the path can be difficult, it’s also why we have help. I’m glad your saved. But from a newborn to faith. You need to stop making things complicated. And saying things that are not in scripture. Your feelings and opinions are yours, not God’s Word . I have no opinions. I just learn from the Bible.
We clearly disagree. If you want to probe those disagreements to see where they go, I'm game. If not, then we have nothing further to discuss.
As I said.. I think this moral philosophy is both wrong and dangerous and directly contradicts scripture. You say you are saved, and then you act as if you have no further responsibilities. Jesus speaks directly to those who hold this attitude, several times. If your life does not bear fruit, your soul will be eternally damned. Hearing the word is one thing, living it is another.
I'm not making anything complicated, I'm attempting to correctly understand the words of God and the meaning of his sacrifice for us. I'm attempting to apply the parables of Christ to my own life. If you read God's words and feel comfortable and unburdened and completely saved without any efforts on your part, then I don't know what to say to you other than that Sloth is a deadly sin; and it shows itself in places where many faithful don't expect.
Our disagreements are just that. We glorify God by talking together and attempting to understand Him and ourselves. If this is the end of our conversation, then I will wish good luck to you, my friend.
Your changing the subject. You’re coming after me now, and my salvation with Christ. What I’m referring to the whole time is the same…your added your opinion or false belief into God’s Word. You say God has no plans for any of us. You say that all burdens are ours and ours alone. Where scripture talks about laying your burdens at the foot of the cross, with our Lord. Matthew 11:28–30: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. “For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” And about God’s plan for you. Jeremiah 29:11. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
You’re wrong back to back about God’s Word. I’m sure you’re trying to be a Christian, but your speaking false teachings. That’s a dangerous position to be in. And you can do better. Stop “figuring it out on your own” use the Word. Post scripture to back up your claims of God not having a plan for us. And about our burdens. You’re missing out on the best things about following Jesus. Also accepting Christ is the easiest thing you can do. To many Christians are wrong to make “unwritten laws” that are NOT Gods laws. There are written laws and unwritten. The path is narrow yes. But your works does NOT get you into Heaven. God does not pick favorites. As I’m saying again, scripture says this. There is only one way, and Christ is the way. Accepting Him as your Lord and Savior. Yes, Jesus talks about the fruit, and a tree that bares no fruit will get thrown into the fire. Yes, that is scripture. But it’s also not what gets you into Heaven. Could I do better, as far as my works, yes absolutely. Everyone could do better. But accepting Jesus as the Christ, His sacrifice, and believing in Him, is the ultimate world. It’s not a do whatever you want pass afterwards. If a person accepts Christ, just as I have, you will be born again. You’ll be different. It doesn’t mean you become a Bible scholar. It doesn’t mean you will become Billy Graham. Those things are possible yes, but it isn’t required. It’s up to the individual. And yes they should do works. It honors God.
Long winded, but all this comes back to your original statements. That are still very WRONG. I think we agree on the foundations. And that what’s most important. But be careful of false statements like your original ones. They are not right and will only deter nonbelievers. The truth is easy. It’s free. And it’s for everyone. Honestly we really can’t debate this here. These forums are not for this. Dude I think your awesome. Just be careful. As I will do the same. Let us help others with God’s Words, not our own. This goes for myself as well. I don’t want to have opinions and ideas. I want to tell the truth. So I keep it simple and what matters. As Jesus stated. Then let their relationship grow with the Lord into further knowledge. Peace brother.
