Looking at pictures of her, I can see it. She didn't have real defined knees so she was probably doing it to make them stick out a bit more for perfection or something.

That certainly makes sense. The medical procedures that these young ones put themselves through unnecessarily is nutso. ''''No medical benefits, but wants prettier knees''' is a 'service' that should not exist.
Not that it matters but Lipo is actually best applied in this way. Obese people should not get it as they will get fat again. People like her who are fit and neurotic can use Lipo to spot reduce an area. They were probably going to suck out a teaspoon's worth of fat or something ridiculous so her knees were more "defined" looking.
I get it. Medical accidents happen. Who knows?
