I wouldn’t be surprised if this museum gets demolished and rebuilt (with no basement, tunnels, etc.).
I see recently see 2 buildings in London UK in my close neighbourhood that have already been demolished and new ones are being built (not much higher). The cost of the demolition and rebuilding is huge in comparison to potential extra income from rent, especially on the current market when half of the companies already work remotely, with no office.
