Roman Chervinsky, a colonel in Ukraine's special operations forces, was behind the September 2022 explosion of the Nord Stream pipeline, sources told The Washington Post.

The real question is what is the purpose of this story?

Because Trump talked about it, they had to find a way to blame someone else for it because no one believed it was Russia. So they went to their normal scapegoat.
