I had a 40 point drop in my cholesterol, in a year. The 2 things I am taking, Garlique and nattokinase. Been on the Garlique for a year. Been on the nattokinase since May. One of these things worked amazingly. Probably the nattokinase but garlic is good for lowering cholesterol, so who knows. I was surprised though.
high cholesterol means something is not working right in your body. Either your body isn't removing the excess cholesterol as it should (for example, low thyroid issues) or your body is making too much (ie some kidney diseases). The things you are consuming have fixed whatever that root problem was.
High cholesterol doesn't cause heart disease, Period.
High cholesterol may indicate that there is heart disease present, but it is there because it is trying to fix the heart problems (cholesterol and calcium combine to make scabs on damaged areas). The cholesterol isn't the cause of heart disease, it is the result of the body trying to heal itself.
High cholesterol can indicate a whole host of health problems. Believe it or not, the most common cause of high cholesterol is low thyroid activity, but doctors almost always ignore thyroid issues until the thyroid is completely dead and you have to take their daily drugs. Instead of saying, "hey, your thyroid is sluggish, start taking iodine" they say "Oh, you are at risk of heart disease. Take more drugs!"

Correct. A high cholesterol level does not cause heart disease if the calcium score for the arteries is zero or low.
