I’m 46 and never been on prescriptions, except to treat my Hashimoto’s, which I’m in remission, so my doctor told me to stop. That was 4 years ago. I take a drop of iodine every day. My endocrinologist also wrote me an exemption for the clot shot so I am unvaxxed.
I recently had an echocardiogram, which came out perfect. I was worried that my total cholesterol was too high, but my doctor says he doesn’t pay attention to Total. My HDL is high, which is good. The only thing he said was quit eating fresh pork sausage every day with my farm eggs. 😂. He said I can have it three times a week.😝
We process our own food, eggs, beef, venison, and I eat fresh fruits and vegetables. We rarely eat processed foods. I also do Crossfit and ride my horses.
Oh, I think pharmaceuticals do you have their place in treatment but a lot of people are over medicated to keep the machine running.
Agreed that some pharmaceuticals are necessary and helpful. But I believe that the AMA guidelines are to deliberately not diagnose some diseases in the early stages, when it can be reversed naturally. Instead, they wait to diagnose until it is too late to be reversed and the drugs are a necessity.
There is zero evidence that eating cholesterol has any effect on your body's cholesterol levels. That is something they made up. You poop out the cholesterol that you eat via food. The body makes its own cholesterol.
